I try to live by the motto ‘work smarter, not harder’ and that’s exactly what having a keratin treatment has allowed me to do with my hair!
I have a ridiculous amount of fine hair that seems to take an eternity to dry (if I go to bed with it damp, it will still be damp in the morning!) and two years ago the texture changed noticeably with a wavy / frizzy patch forming at the back. As much as I encouraged it to curl, it was never going to happen, it would just get bigger and boofier throughout the day.

However the results make it worth it! My hair dries in literally half the time, I still have an amount of natural movement but no frizz and it no longer gets wider throughout the day.
